Inster Cross has an adventurous side
January 10, 2025
Hyundai has announced pricing and specification for the Inster Cross, the all-new EV’s distinct, adventurous variant.

Hyundai’s first small SUV EV was revealed in June 2024, with pricing and specification for the 01 and 02 trim levels announced in October. Now the Inster Cross version brings an outdoor-focused interior and exterior design to the mix, costing £28,745.
Inster Cross exterior design comprises bespoke 17-inch alloy wheels, distinct front and rear bumpers, unique Cross side skirts and embossed black claddings, a rear spoiler with integrated brake light, LED rear lights, automatic headlights with dusk sensor, LED daytime running lights and roof rails.
A 49kWh battery is standard, providing a maximum power output of 115PS and up to 223 miles on a single charge. As with the Inster 01 and 02 models, a battery heating system and high-efficiency heat pump is fitted as standard, to both optimise range and charging times.
The interior features a special colour and trim combination of grey cloth with lime-yellow accents and boasts heated front seats and steering wheel, climate control single zone air conditioning, ambient lighting, privacy glass and an electric-opening glass sunroof. The optional Tech Pack adds Vehicle-to-Load functionality with an internal three pin plug, and a Digital Key.
Building on the car’s top-level technology and comfort levels, the Inster Cross has an electric glass sunroof, Bluetooth connectivity with voice recognition, a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, 10.25-inch touchscreen display with navigation, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluelink connected car services, front and rear USB-C charging ports and a wireless phone charging pad.
Safety features are comprehensive and all Inster Cross models come with Hyundai’s five-year, 5 Year, unlimited mileage warranty, extending to eight years and 100,000 miles for the battery.
