Smithy Garage in Gwynedd, Wales has been awarded the title of Dealer of the Year by Mitsubishi Motors in the UK.
The dealership was founded by JH Roberts, a blacksmith and farrier, back in 1939 and has a well established reputation for outstanding customer service. And the business is still run by the family with Mr Roberts’ three sons John, David and Einion in control.
Mitsubishi has been assessing its network of dealers based on real-time feedback from real customers and Smithy Garage scored a maximum five stars which means between 95 per cent and 100 per cent of existing customers would recommend them to family and friends.
John Roberts, director of Smithy Garage, said: “It’s always a pleasure to receive any award and Mitsubishi Dealer of the Year is a tough one to get because the competition is so good. As owners of the business, we know that this can only happen with the dedication and professionalism of loyal staff.”
